“What a pleasant surprise, Ritz Carlton Golf is hosting a Pop-Up restaurant with their Artisan in Residence series, CORNBREAD and KIMCHI, need I say more? Innovative and experienced, Chef Lamara Davidson has brought her A-game to the table, literally. A Southern and Asian-inspired menu provides a unique yet nostalgic list of menu options. Fried green tomatoes, chicken, and kimchi scallion dumplings were amazing!! With options like Korean fried chicken and grilled Korean-style short ribs, it made my choice of Miso Glazed Grouper, with traditional Korean accompaniments, a difficult but really tasty one. Do not forget the cornbread with pineapple butter oh my lord, that was good.”
